Kampot salt flower is a natural, unrefined product, whose large crystals are rich in magnesium, calcium, potassium and marine trace elements unique in the world. It is as exceptional as the Kampot pepper of which it is the essential complement on the tables. It is used as a sprinkler on your dishes. It is not recommended to use a salt mill.
