Kampot pepper is a fine and rare spice, so we pay great attention to its taste and sensory quality but also to its aesthetics.

On the olfactory level, the mixture of these two peppers exudes a subtle smell of spicy and fragrant nuances. In terms of taste, black pepper will soften the white and give it finer aromas and thus make it more pleasant and easy to consume. The harvest is carried out at maturity between the months of February and April: white pepper is in fact red pepper soaked in water while black is dried in the sun. For the sake of practicality the pepper is kept in a tube packaging like traditional Cambodian dresses.

We offer this pepper in ground grain to preserve all its aromas and flavor. You can season all your dishes with a classic grinder, electric or mortar. This powerful blend will be the best friend of your barbecue, grill, planchas to season your fish or meat as the summer season approaches.
