Kampot pepper is a rare fine spice, so we pay great attention to its taste and sensory quality but also to its aesthetics. The fruity smell of red pepper blends wonderfully with the spicy aromas of black pepper. Once in the mouth the aniseed nuances of black pepper highlight the sweetness of red fruit notes that emanate red pepper.

IGP Ecocert and Organic: Kampot pepper is a fine organic spice rather rare because the name «Kampot pepper» can only be used after verification of its origin and compliance with the specifications of the IGP (Protected Geographical Indication). This requires that the pepper was grown on the Kampot area organically.

Our pepper is also Ecocert certified and meets all the requirements of the pepper production chain. Grown in the Phnom Voar mountain which benefits from a porous laterite soil to prevent root rot. 

We offer this pepper in ground grain to preserve all its aromas and flavor. You can season all your dishes with a classic grinder, electric or mortar. It is the pepper to use daily, once ground it can as well accompany a meat, a sauce or your desserts. Pepper lovers are unanimous: Kampot pepper sublimates a dish in a few turns of mill.
