LES TIPEROS - curry with shoyou

"Delicious paste made from dried fruit toasted over a wood fire, with shoyou and curry. Use as an aperitif to dip vegetables or breadsticks, or dilute to make sauces. Keep away from light and moisture. Stir each time you use it.
