Discover the first bars 100% transformed from the bean to the bar directly in Bordeaux.

 

 

 

 

These beans have been carefully selected by us, then hand-sorted, roasted, crushed and conched in our workshop located in rue Fondaudège in Bordeaux, in the purest tradition of "Bean to Bar".

 

 

 

 

The beans come from the province of Iturri, in the North-East of Congo. The hazelnuts come directly from France, from Dordogne in a small production of Mathieu Martinet. 

 

 

 

 

Hasnaâ has taken particular care in processing these beans to reveal the best of the frank notes of hazelnuts on a final popcorn, chestnut and fresh nuts.

 

 

 

 

These exceptional bars contain only four ingredients: organic cocoa beans (46%), organic cane sugar (28%), hazelnut powder (12%) and organic cocoa butter (12%).
