Nem Meat Rolls

Probably the best known Vietnamese recipe. The small Vietnamese meat nem rolls, wrapped in a thin rice dough filled with carrot, soy noodles, mushrooms, onion and pork burst in the mouth like a cosmopolitan and traveling bite. Savoring a "nem" is like taking a small leap to Vietnam. Accompanied by our special Nuoc sauce for nems.
