asensys makes it possible to take into account, at the time of the adaptation of the visual aids, the indices

of the lenses by providing them with selective filters or tints that meet the needs.

Selective filters are characterized by an abrupt transition (cut-off) between absorption and transmission

and transmission in a narrow wavelength range.

Selective filters reduce glare and improve contrast by absorbing energy-rich

energy-rich UV light and short-wave blue light.

These filters are therefore particularly recommended in cases of increased sensitivity to

sensitivity to glare and poor contrast perception, e.g. in people with

cataract, pigmentary retinopathy, macular degeneration, albinism, and other conditions.
