Product’s description
The typical aperitif of the Périgord, prepared in partnership with the artisanal distillery LA SALAMANDRE. This is walnut wine as our grandparents used to prepare it, without the addition of caramel or other additives! A tannic taste resulting from the maceration of the green walnuts in the wine, rounded off by the addition of grape sugar.
It will accompany both starters and desserts and can add a touch of Périgord to your cooking.
To be drunk chilled or even on the rocks.
