Thanks to traditional distillation in copper pot stills and patient ageing, we offer fruity, intense and expressive eaux-de-vie. From the most common to the most surprising, we offer a very wide choice.

Traditional eaux-de-vie: Mirabelle, Poire William, Framboise, Kirsch, ... these eaux-de-vie are part of our gastronomic heritage.

Rare eaux-de-vie: Gentian, Wild sloe, Fir bud, Ginger... A small selection of our digestifs with unexpected flavours.

La Vieille Poire®: presented in a carafe, this is one of our great specialties. The pear is sublimated with delicate woody notes.
