La Rosa dei gusti Modica Chocolate with Flower of Salt

Modica chocolate is made using a special cold-processing method and has high percentages of cocoa mass (minimum 50%, up to 90% in the purer versions). The chocolate bars are PGI products with no aromas, preservatives or emulsifiers. This version is distinctive for the successful pairing of very fine chocolate and artisan sea salt.
