La Rosa dei gusti Modica Chocolate with Citrus Fruits

Modica chocolate is made using a special cold-processing method and has high percentages of cocoa mass (minimum 50%, up to 90% in the purer versions). The chocolate bars are PGI products with no aromas, preservatives or emulsifiers. This version of the chocolate contains the flavours of Italian citrus fruit.
