La Rosa dei gusti Caviar

This caviar comes from prized white sturgeon farmed in Italy. Among the longest-lived sturgeons, it is particularly prized - besides for its lean protein-packed meat - for its 2.8 to 3.2 mm dark grey/black eggs that have a particularly delicate flavour, with notes of hazelnut.
