The Pepper and Gorgonzola sauce will enhance your most varied dishes: pasta, white fish or chicken. It can also be used to stuff vegetables or to garnish a savoury tart base. To preserve the flavour of this sauce, heat it in a bain-marie or over a low heat directly in a saucepan, without letting it come to the boil. Made in Provence from simple, high-quality ingredients, the Pepper and Gorgonzola sauce has no added flavourings, colourings, preservatives or sugar. Store at room temperature away from light. After opening, store in a cool place (0°C - +4°C) for no more than 48 hours.
