Lemon & Dill Marinade

The Lemon and Dill marinade is a unique Chef de France creation that will bring an explosion of flavour to your dishes. This marinade softens and flavours all your fish and white meats with a fresh, tangy note. Simply brush the food with the marinade, cover and leave in the fridge for 2 hours. Then cook and it's ready! The marinade can be used all year round, on the barbecue, in the oven, in the frying pan or in the wok. One bottle marinates 500g to 1kg of food. Made in Provence from simple, high-quality ingredients, Lemon & Dill marinade contains no added colourings, preservatives or sugar. Once opened, store in the fridge and use up quickly.
