Espelette Pepper Mayonnaise

This mayonnaise is a harmonious balance between the flavour of sun-drenched peppers and the delicately spicy taste of Espelette chilli pepper. It's the perfect accompaniment to roast red meats, baked fish or grilled vegetables. Made in Alsace, Poivron et Piment d'Espelette mayonnaise is made from French eggs. It has no flavouring or colouring. Before opening, store at room temperature away from light. After opening, keep refrigerated (4°C) and consume quickly.
