It can also be heated in a bain-marie. Made in Provence from simple, high-quality ingredients, Crayfish and Cognac sauce has no added flavouring, colouring, preservatives or sugar. Store at room temperature away from light. After opening, keep in a cool place (0°C - +4°C) and consume within 5 days.
