Bear's garlic & Parmesan pesto

A classic Italian dish revisited by Chef de France. The basil is replaced by Bear's Garlic, but still accompanied by a tasty Italian parmesan. This revisited recipe will be the ideal accompaniment to a wide variety of dishes: carpaccio, roast poultry, grilled vegetables, pasta, tomato pie crust or as an accompaniment to fresh goat's cheese. To preserve the flavour of this pesto, heat it in a bain-marie or over a low heat directly in a saucepan, without letting it come to the boil. Made in Provence from simple, high-quality ingredients, Bear's Garlic and Parmesan Pesto has no added flavourings, colourings, preservatives or sugar. Store at room temperature away from light. After opening, store in a cool place (0°C - +4°C) and use within 5 days.
