Bear's Garlic Marinade

Bear's Garlic marinade is a unique Chef de France creation that will add an explosion of flavour to your dishes. This marinade will tenderise and flavour your poultry, white fish or vegetable woks. Simply brush the food with the marinade, cover and leave in the fridge for 2 hours. Then bake and it's ready! The marinade can be used all year round, whether in a pan, wok, oven or barbecue. One bottle marinates 500g to 1kg of food. Made in Provence from simple, high-quality ingredients, Ail des Ours marinade contains no added colourings, preservatives or sugar. Once opened, store in the fridge and use up quickly.
