Artichoke & Truffle Sauce

The sweet notes of artichoke combine wonderfully with the nobility of truffle to give this recipe a divine flavour. Artichoke and Truffle Sauce is the perfect accompaniment to pasta or risotto, bouchées à la reine, fillet of beef or fish such as sole. To preserve the flavour of this sauce, heat it in a bain-marie or over a low heat directly in a saucepan, without letting it reach boiling point. Made in Provence from simple, high-quality ingredients, Artichoke & Truffle sauce has no artificial flavourings, colourings, preservatives or added sugar. Store at room temperature away from light. After opening, keep in a cool place (0°C - +4°C) and consume within 5 days.
