Organic Chia Seeds

Have you ever tasted chia pudding? This delicious and light dessert has been the undisputed Instagram protagonist and its main ingredient is, obviously, the chia. These seeds, however, are perfect for lots of other things: to give crunchiness to biscuits, added to yogurt and muesli, to enrich salads, to prepare tasty fruit smoothies or to make fruit salads even more enjoyable. Moreover, they are also appetizing added to cereals, soups, broths and porridge. We suggest a 15g (about 2 spoons) maximum daily intake.
