Organic Dulse Flakes

Dulse is a red seaweed with a strong, almost spicy flavour from the northern coasts of the Pacific and Atlantic Oceans, where it is hand-picked at low tide. It is very rich in protein, vitamins and minerals, making it an excellent food supplement. It can be used in a variety of ways: cooked in soups, frittatas and pies, but after a short soaking period it can also be eaten raw, as a dressing for salads or appetisers. We recommend a maximum daily consumption of 3g (3 tsp).
