Fine legumes mix 500g - Legumeat

Legumbreta, fine legumes blend, innovative and healthy product, 100% vegetable, without any type of additive, based on legume and cereal flours, dehydrated, in irregular grains. 

Ingredients: Defatted soy flour without GMO, rice flour and bean flour.

Preparation: Boil the product in 300-500 ml water or broth per 100g of product, depending on the desired consistency for about 5 minutes. Season as desired. 

Also use as an ingredient for purées, pâtés, creams or sauces.
