SAC S.p.A. is a family-owned company operating in the market of canned food for more than 50 years.
The company was born in 1965 in Carmagnola and today it is part of the largest Italian tomato-processing group: Casalasco Società Agricola S.p.A. Our production of canned tomatoes is mainly carried out in the facilities of our Group in Piacenza, Parma and Cremona: 3 plants, more than 50 packaging lines and more than 570.000 tons of fresh tomatoes processed each year (with plans to move soon to 5 plants and total 820.000 tons of processing capacity). The cooperative structure of the Group ensures an effective supply chain, from the seed to the final product, as well as the direct monitoring of cultivation and harvesting systems, and the controlled and certified processing.
Our core business is canned tomato produced with 100% Italian tomatoes and packed in all possible forms. Aiming to facilitate the introduction of the product and to strengthen customer confidence, we have implemented our offer under our Victoria brand with a complete range of other lines including legumes, fruit, pasta and rice, various types of condiments and sauces. A wide assortment, focused on the Mediterranean diet, to offer an ideal combination with the tomato line.
Moreover, the consolidate experience and the aim to expand our presence in both retail and foodservice markets, make us the ideal partner for private labels.
