Our secret since 1980 is to select every quality of Italian rice only in its own area and from the best rice fields that enhance and respect the product. We have adopted a respectful processing method that begins with the slow drying of the paddy and ends with the slow stone processing that does not stress the grain. Finally, before packing it, we add a further phase of extra selection, to bring only the best beans to our customers' tables.
