The freeze-drying method retains nutritional value better than other drying techniques. We lock in the great fruit taste, along with the nutrition from whole foods to ensure consumers get the full benefit of real fruit and vegetables in their diet. The process also preserves the actual colour and shape of the original raw materials. As much as possible, we seek plant-based inputs that are certified organic.
