LEFKARA FARM

Lefkara farm is a Dairy factory, capable of process 10.000 kilos of sheep and goat milk daily. The factory established in 2009 at Lefkara, a village outside of Kozani, a city of Western Macedonia, by Kipirtoglou Kosmas, who had the dream to create something on his own and this dream became reality. The need to do something that he loves started when he decided to learn how he will produce all the dairy products that he proudly achieved through these years. When he started, he was producing only Feta cheese P.D.O.. Today there are more than 30 dairy products of sheep and goat milk.
Except from Feta cheese, we are producing cheese of 100% goat milk, Xinotiri a sour creamy goat cheese 100% goat milk, Kaseri cheese P.D.O.(hard cheese) 100% sheep milk , Kefalograviera cheese P.D.O.(hard cheese) 100% sheep milk, Manouri cheese P.D.O. (soft cheese) and lots of others.
