QUINOA GRAINS

The fruit is dry and is about 1.7 mm. average, circling the cup, which is the same color as the plant.the seed is usually smooth, white,  the weight of the embryo constitutes 60% of the weight of the grain, forming a ring around the endosperm that is released when the seed is cooked.
