Classically matured in steel, the wine is a great surprise at every tasting because it is a very interesting and pleasant white wine. With an alcohol content of 12.5 per cent by volume, it is a rather light white for a Sicilian. Nevertheless, it enchants with its white and yellow fruits, soft freshness and sweet acidity. Each sip is juicy and exciting without being overpowering. The slightly salty note on the finish makes this white wine a good companion for a variety of foods.
