Cantina Sociale di Trento - Concilio Amsela d'Oro Chardonnay

Amsela d'oro (turdus merula sp.) is a reference to an agronomic project dating back to the 1980s dedicated to hillside chardonnay grown on the sunniest crags. Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with fish dishes, delicate white meats and elegant first courses. Straw yellow in colour, the bouquet is intense and fruity with notes of apple and banana. The taste is balanced, savoury, complex and enveloping. Elegant structure.
