Sibiliana - Eughenes Nero d'Avola

Sibiliana's Nero d'Avola Eughenes is one of Cantine Europa's historic branded wines that has always distinguished its best wines, the frank ones that represent all the values of the company. Sibiliana represents the pact between the winegrowers, members of Cantine Europa, for the selection of the vineyards and grapes that deserve the utmost care. Nero d'Avola Eughenes is the fruit of grapes selected from vineyards growing in the hills around Trapani, on clay soils rich in minerals. Here, mild, moderately rainy winters and hot, dry summers contribute to the ripening of the grapes, which, once harvested, are macerated in contact with the skins at a controlled temperature. The wine is aged in oak barrels, then in bottles.
