Serre - Prosecco Brut

The appearance is pale straw yellow with slight reflections greenish, bright foam and fine and persistent perlage. With fresh fruitiness and exotic hints of pineapple and banana fully identifies the real Prosecco. Smooth and dry on the palate, slender and crisp inviting to the palate to toast. It is excellent as an aperitif, but it can easily be served to open refined lunches, especially based on fish.
