ANHYDROUS MILK FAT

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

Product based on fat of bovine milk obtained from fresh cream, through centrifugation and separation processes, which remove most of water and non-fat solids, without changes in the natural fraction of oils. Product is heat treated in grade enough to desactivate phosphatase. Product is free of added preservatives, chemical additives, impurities and foreing fats

SENSORY CHARACTERISTICS

Appearance: Semi-solid fat, smooth, with plastic properties at ambient temperature.

Color: light yellow.

Flavor and odor: Clean and soft. Free from rancid, oxidized or other objectionable flavours.
