Organic cherry tomato puree

The product is obtained from red tomatoes, variety Minidor, grown and harvested by hand in the cooperative’s lands, transported in a few hours to the plant, washed, selected, crushed, pureed and refined. The juice obtained is concentrated under vacuum at low temperature. The puree obtained is pasturised, filled into glass jars, closed with a twist-off capsule and pasteurised.
