How much does it cost you to become a seller on our platform ?
We offer different subscription formulas, the amount of which varies according to the maturity of your company and the commitment period (Monthly or annual). We do not take commission on sales, only a 4% management fee to cover marketing, customer support, management and billing for all subscriptions.

How do I pay for a seller's subscription ?
To trade on CXMP, you will need to fill in your legal information and complete the SDD (Sepa Direct Debit) mandate. Available from your space in the subscription tab.
Which countries can trade on CXMP ?
All countries listed in the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland can trade on CXMP:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Payment & Invoices
What are the payment methods and guarantees offered on the platform ?
- Payment by Credit Card, Visa, Mastercard (mandatory for all 1st orders)
The buyer pays his invoice by credit card. His payment is kept via our payment service provider and will be transferred to you when your order is sent.
- Payment by bank transfer
The buyer pays the invoice by bank transfer. Likewise, a payment order is issued to the seller following receipt of the transfer by our financial service provider. Once the order is sent, you will receive your bank transfer.
- Payment by transfer on due date(30 days)
The buyer pays his invoice by bank transfer to CXMP within 30 days. Likewise, a payment order is issued to the seller during the next ten days following receipt of the transfer by our financial service provider.
Your payment is secure ! We work with a trusted intermediary, Webhelp Payment Services, an expert in the banking sector.
What happens if you do not receive payment for your order ?
If the order due is not paid, you can file a dispute to the buyer directly via the platform. Our dedicated team will take charge of the matter to ensure that you get paid as soon as possible.
Which invoices and when are they available??
1. The invoice for an order: issued when the order is delivered.
2. The invoice for your subscription: issued on the anniversary date of your subscription.
3. The invoice for your commission: issued on the 5/15/25 of each month.
I would like to have further information on my order
The notification tab (bell-shaped icon) informs you of what is happening on your account. When you receive an order, you are immediately notified on your space.
You can also find all the information about your orders in the orders tab and thus carry out future actions on your order.
I am selling a prototype
If your product is a prototype, no problem !
Our platform allows you to trade over a long period. When creating your product, you must select the "Prototype" property. Once your order has been validated, you can modify the status in your personal space according to its progress. Once sent, you will receive your payment.
How is the delivery carried out ?
It is up to you to set up your delivery methods from the interface of your online store.

I don't want my products and prices to be visible to everyone
Product availability allows you to make your products visible/invisible and available/unavailable at purchase depending on the customer who consults it over a given period of time.
To manage the availability of your products, click on the "availability" tab when creating your product and then fill in the fields according to the availability and visibility you wish to give to your product.
