Why trade on our platform and on your trade show ?

You are probably familiar with our trade shows (Who’s next, Sial, Gourmet Selection, Sport Achat, etc...), an exceptional opportunity to meet and exchange with your customers. Despite this, the current situation is pushing the business sector to reinvent itself. Digitalization is becoming an essential growth accelerator. For that, we want to accompany you in this transition and facilitate your business exchanges, as we have always done.

How to register on the marketplace ?
Are you a buyer and you want to join our platform to start trading ?
Click on the "Become a Buyer" button at the top right hand corner and complete the registration form.
Once you have registered you will receive an email confirming your registration on CXMP. Your're done - simply start browsing through the products and contact the sellers you are interested in.
- You are a professional visitor ?
As a professional visitor, your access to the marketplace is limited and does not allow you to place orders.
How much does it cost to join the marketplace ?
Registration for buyers is free, during a transaction, CXMP applies a commission of 6% and management fees of 2% of the amount excluding taxes (dedicated to the management of invoicing, payment and receivables and the security of your information.)
What are the requirements to join CXMP ?
CXMP is a marketplace open to professionals only. In order to access the platform and start trading, you must provide a SIRET number.
Without this number, you will not be able to access the reseller prices and you will not be able to place orders.
I am registered but I cannot trade
Don't worry, you are probably registered as a professional visitor.
As a professional visitor your access to the marketplace is limited and does not allow you to place orders.

Payments & invoices
Where can I find my invoices in my personal space ?
You can find all your invoices from your « personal space » following these tabs « my account → orders → invoicing ».
The invoice related to an order will be issued when the order is delivered.
What means of payment and guarantees are offered on the platform ?
- Payment by Credit Card, Visa, Mastercard (mandatory for a 1st order)
The buyer pays his bill by credit card. His payment is kept via our payment service provider and will be transferred to you when his order is sent.
- Payment by bank transfer
The buyer pays the invoice by bank transfer. Likewise, a payment order is issued to the seller following receipt of the transfer by our financial service provider. Once the order is sent, you will receive your bank transfer.
- Payment by transfer at maturity (30 days)
The buyer pays his invoice by bank transfer to CXMP within 30 days. Likewise, a payment order is issued to the seller during the next ten days following receipt of the transfer by our financial service provider.
Your payment is secure ! We work with a trusted intermediary, Webhelp Payment Services, an expert in the banking sector.
I cannot see the product catalogue of a brand
Indeed, brands have the possibility to manage the visibility of their product catalogue to their contact list.
However, you have the possibility to make a contact request to this brand from its profile page. If the request is accepted, you will have access to their catalogue and reseller prices.
I would like to trade abroad
All countries listed in the European Economic Area (EEA) and Switzerland can trade on CXMP:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.

Managing orders
How long will delivery take?
Deliveries are entirely managed by the sellers.
Delivery times may therefore vary from one seller to another and are calculated according to their delivery solution.
We invite you to contact the seller directly to find out more.
How can I track my order ?
You can follow the progress of your order directly in your CXMP buyer account.
Once logged in, click on « orders » and then on « view ». You will have access to the follow-up of all your orders (in the process of validation, validated/refused, shipped, delivered).
I have not received my order, or it is incomplete/damaged, what should I do ?
If you have a problem with your order, you should first notify the delivery person and contact your seller with all the information needed to follow up your request.
If the problem persists, you can raise a dispute. To do so, go to the page where you can view your orders, click on the details and then on « open a dispute ».
