The VENANDI adventure is first of all a responsible, human and very greedy adventure around wild meat. The idea is to concoct products based on wild game meat from our forests to (re)put it on the front of the French culinary scene!

To do this, we collect the game from sustainable hunts before transforming it in the Lyon region for the shortest possible circuit. Our approach is close to our values, that is to say with authenticity, transparency, and quality!

Our goal being to highlight the wild game meat, our products are composed of 50% of game meat when the legal threshold is 20% in France. Our sausages and terrines are therefore very low in fat compared to "classic" charcuterie.
