Tenderloin: It is a premium cut, located in the sublumbar region. It has an elongated and flattened shape. It is naturally very soft and does not require a maturation process. Our production systems are focused on rigorously controlling the way to achieve the perfect marbling, flavor, texture and tenderness. This allows us to consolidate Argentine meat in its cooking, as the most palatable.
