Seasoned Sausage

The seasoned sausage is manufactured exclusively with some parts of the pork as deboned shoulders without nerves, pork under shoulders, bacon and minced ham of pigs which were born, raised and slaughtered in Italy. The medium to coarsely ground meat is lavoured with wild fennel (Foenicum vulgare) and flakes of red peppers and sweet peppers. The meat is pushed through pork casings.
