Chilled organic Strawberry puree

The Camarosa strawberry with the Organic Agriculture label for a fruity and delicious flavour... Ponthier strawberry puree with the Organic Agriculture label is produced in Morocco with the Camarosa variety. At the beginning of the season, the plants are sheltered by caterpillars which protect them from pests, rain and sand wind, three elements which are threats to the crops. Thanks to these facilities and the use of predatory beneficials, growers do not need to resort to chemical treatments. For the flowering of the third bouquets selected by Ponthier, the plants are uncovered as in an open field, which allows the fruit to ripen perfectly before being picked by hand. Ponthier's strawberry puree with the Organic Agriculture label has a beautiful fragrance and a fresh, delicious flavour, thanks in particular to the removal of the achenes during the production process. Light red in colour, its texture is perfectly smooth and homogenous, faithful to the fleshy aspect of the fresh fruit. This puree also has the PURE label, the label created by Ponthier to guarantee a product without pesticide residues (limit of quantification at 0.01mg/kg for more than 610 molecules analysed).
