Iberico pork secret precooked at low temperature under vacuum (Sous-Vide) to regenerate in a pan, browning the entire piece on both sides. Tenderness and juiciness at its best.

 

 

HOW TO USE:

 

 

 

 

FRYING PAN or GRIDDLE:

 

 

 

 

1) Defrost the day before consumption in the refrigerator.

 

 

 

 

2) Temper the product by removing it from the refrigerator 2-3 hours before cooking it

 

 

 

 

3) In a frying pan with a little oil, brown on both sides for 5-6 minutes.

 

 

 

 

4) Cut into thin strips.

 

 

 

 

5) Season to taste.
