Packtin’s Orange peel Flour derives 100% from innovative up-cycling processes, following the principles of CIRCULAR ECONOMY.
Packtin’s Orange peel Flour is ECO-FRIENDLY because the whole transformation process is based on energy saving and water recovery, to further respect the environment.
The delicate treatment allows the final product to contain up to 2,8% of phenolic compounds and 81 mg/100g of Vitamin C, almost corresponding to the RDA.
The product is naturally vegan and gluten-free.
