Porterhouse is a Premium T-bone – due to a higher tenderloin content. Elements included in Porterhouse are striploin and tenderloin. As a result of marbling on the striploin – steak is tender and delicate.

 

 

Be aware: Tenderloin is a more delicate muscle than striploin and frying time is shorter, so it needs to be adjusted.

 

 

 

 

Portions: Slices 3-3,5cm thick.
