In the melt-in-the-mouth SILVAIN family, our Extra Honey white nougat was awarded the Gold medal at the Prix Épicures de l'Épicerie Fine. With over 50 % lavender honey and 30 % almonds, it contains no added sugar apart from the honey. Its delicious extra melting paste takes on a delicately silky pastel yellow colour. You almost purr with pleasure!
