Nestos S.A. produces and manufactures canned vegetables since its establishment in 1978. Nestos S.A. production and warehouse facilities of 9,500 m2, located in Northern Greece, in the prefecture of Xanthi, are certified with the highest food standards; BRC GRADE A, HALAL, ISO 22000, HACCP, FDA, and KOSHER OU. Throughout the years, it has established a strong network with valuable customers all around the world.
As a vertically integrated company, we conduct both our own and contracting farming as well. Thus, we control the product chain from the seeding to our customer’s depot. Our vegetables are grown in the region around our factory, giving us the unique opportunity to process them fresh just a few hours after harvesting. Our vegetables are harvested when they are fully ripened, and are hand picked from the plants, one by one.
