Roero Arneis DOCG Capural

The Roero Arneis DOCG Capural is a young white wine made up of Arneis grapes vinified only in steel. This is a white wine of good structure and remarkably persistent to the taste, juicy and envelopping, but at the same time pleasantly fresh.

Traditionally, it is consumed young but thanks to its features, it can be stored in the cellar for some years: it will give you a very interesting and impressive evolution.

Perfect for an aperitif with small appetizers, it is excellent in paring with egg-based starters, fish and white meat dishes, fresh pasta with delicate sauces and risotto.
