The Barbera d’Asti DOCG La Consolina is a red young wine vinified only steel with spiced bouquet; to the taste it is very pleasantly fresh, with delicate tannins and interesting minerality, persistent and with a good structure.
Perfect all-course wine, Barbera D’asti La Consolina pairs perfectly with traditional Piedmontese starters, semi-hard cheeses, cold cuts, soups, boiled meats, white and red meats, as well as fresh stuffed pasta dishes.
