It all started in mom's kitchen. By her side, I learned the secrets of traditional handmade spoon sweets, jams & marinades.
The love for the tradition, the smells, the flavours and the passion for work led me on professional paths since 2001. So, I tried to learn as much as possible about their technique and combinations by preparing tasty creations with local products (of our own production) that generously offers us the blessed land of the village of Analipsis in Messinia.
My goal is to continue offering the secrets of the tradition developing at the same time my own ideas and techniques.
