Tender hearth artichokes dipped in extra virgin olive oil. Perfectly   cultivated on the plantations of  the Mastrototaro  family, immerged  artichokes are selected, accurately cooked   based  on size. In this particular format in addition to the irresistible and extremely savory taste, the tenderness and smoothness of the smaller artichokes is appreciated.
