Mixed mushrooms in sunflower oil

A mixture of high-quality chiodini and prataioli mushrooms, selected, prepared and preserved as in the healthiest tradition. Mushrooms in oil seasoned with parsley, garlic and white wine vinegar are an excellent garnish for cold dishes or an original way to decorate the most diverse dishes with taste and imagination and bring new, creative and above all good flavours to the table every day.

Ingredients: chiodini mushrooms (pholiota mutabilis), muschio mushrooms (volvaria volvacea), prataioli mushrooms (agaricus bisporus) all in varying proportions, sunflower oil, parsley, garlic, chilli, white wine vinegar (wine, Antioxidant: Potassium metabisulphite), salt. 

Acidity corrector: citric acid.

Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
