L'Atelier CONTAL

L'Atelier CONTAL was created in December 2019 by Vincent, Frédérique Contal and their two sons in their Ardennes Family Farm.
They are the 1st farmer, miller and biscuit maker to be certified organic and gluten-free (AFDIAG) in France thanks to their buckwheat and green lentil flours.
With more than 10 years of experience in certified gluten-free flours, they wanted to complete the circle to offer biscuits from the Fork to the Fork.
The Contal family now offers a range of organic and gluten-free products certified by AFDIAG, without additives, colourings or preservatives.
